Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09
This page contains the VPNDT Terms of Service. By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using any client, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
1. Service Description and Scope
VPNDT provides cross-border network acceleration: encrypted routes in locations around the world act as transport channels for users' cross-border access. The service currently covers 110+ countries / 150+ routes, offers Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients, and places no limit on how many devices can be online at the same time under one account.
The service comes in two forms: monthly subscriptions and data packs. Monthly subscription data resets every month on the activation date; data packs last until they run out and never expire. Prices, data allowances, and what each tier includes are as shown on the pricing page.
The service only provides network transport and acceleration. It does not provide or proxy content from any third-party website, streaming platform, or AI tool; the rules for using those services are set by their respective operators.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register — a username and password are all you need to create an account. Please keep your account credentials safe. Any usage records and losses caused by lending out an account, leaked credentials, or a subscription link being shared are the responsibility of the account holder.
Subscription benefits are for the registered user only. You may be online on an unlimited number of your own devices at the same time, but you may not resell, rent out, or lend your account or subscription link, share your account with others, or repackage the service and resell it as an access service for third parties.
Subscriptions and data packs are tied to the account and cannot be split or transferred. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service, you must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use it, and you are responsible for all of your online activity.
The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: attacking, scanning, or disrupting other people's networks and systems; distributing malware or phishing content; accessing other people's data or devices without authorization; infringing on others' intellectual property; and any other activity prohibited by local law.
The service does not proactively review the content users transmit over its routes, but it may suspend the relevant account when it receives a lawful request from a competent authority or detects clear signs of use that violates these terms.
4. Service Availability and Liability
The service is provided as-is. VPNDT maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis but does not guarantee availability or speed at any given moment, nor continued access to any particular third-party platform or AI tool. Policy and risk-control changes at third-party platforms may make an individual service temporarily unavailable, which is beyond the service's control.
If a connection is interrupted by force majeure, upstream route changes, routine data center maintenance, or problems with your local network or device, the service will investigate and restore it as quickly as possible, but is not liable for any indirect losses arising from it.
To protect route quality, the service may apply speed limits, suspensions, and other measures against behavior that abnormally consumes bandwidth, bulk registrations, or automated abuse.
5. Account Termination and Refunds
You can request account deletion at any time from the user panel; once deletion is complete, the subscription and data pack benefits in the account are void as well.
The service may suspend or terminate an account, and may refuse future registrations from the same user depending on the circumstances, in the following cases: reselling or sharing an account, bulk or automated registration, malicious consumption of route resources, or attacks on the service or other users' networks.
Refund policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment. Refund requests and processing go through the ticket entry in the user panel; accounts that have received a refund no longer retain the corresponding subscription benefits.
6. Changes to Terms and Effective Date
The service may update these terms because of business changes or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly; significant changes will be announced in a prominent place on the site.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means you accept the updated content. If you do not agree, please stop using the service; if you are still within the refund window, you may request a refund as described in the previous section.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the agreement between you and VPNDT, and matters related to data processing are governed by the Privacy Policy. If you have questions about these terms, you can submit them through the ticket entry in the user panel.
