Plan Pricing and Buying Options

Three monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB; data packs at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, used until they run out and never expiring. All three plans and all three packs run on the same network: 110+ countries / 150+ routes, unlimited simultaneous devices, 60-day refund, and no email address required to register.

  • 60-day refund
  • Bank-grade encryption
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT
  • No email address needed

Monthly plans are billed by time, and the monthly data allowance resets on the activation date rather than on the 1st of the calendar month; unused data does not carry over to the next month. All three plans have identical route coverage, device limits and refund terms — the only difference is the monthly data allowance. If you are unsure which tier to pick, estimate from your actual usage over the past month: for web browsing and email alone, 60GB is usually enough; if your phone and computer are online at the same time and you watch video often, start from 250GB.

Who each plan is for

¥9.9/month for 60GB: for users who treat cross-border access as a secondary need. Typical use is looking up overseas material during the day, sending and receiving international email, and opening an overseas site now and then. Spread across a month this allowance works out to about 2GB a day, which is plenty for web pages and documents; but if you leave video streaming on all evening, it will run out quickly.

¥18/month for 250GB: the most popular tier here. With a phone, laptop and tablet online at the same time, research during the workday and an hour or two of video in the evening, you will usually still have data left at the end of the month. If you only want one plan and would rather not keep watching the data bar, this is the easiest place to start.

¥28/month for 500GB: for heavy use across several devices. Multiple devices at home online for long stretches, frequent 4K streaming, and large overseas installers or data files to download. With 500GB you can largely stop counting gigabytes and just use what you need.

Limits and differences between the plans

The three plans differ only in the monthly data allowance. Route coverage, the number of simultaneous devices, streaming and AI tool availability, the refund promise and payment methods are identical — there is no hidden catch such as a lower tier being limited to some routes or being speed-capped.

Two things to note: first, data resets monthly on the activation date, not on the 1st of the calendar month, so your renewal date and reset date are the same day; second, unused data does not carry over to the next month and expires at the end of the cycle. If your usage swings a lot (almost nothing one month, heavy use the next), a data pack suits you better than a monthly plan.

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, the upgrade takes effect immediately, and the reset date for that month stays the same. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle, so the current month's allowance is not cut short.

Included with every plan

Whichever tier you pick, these stay the same

The three monthly plans and three data packs run on the same network; nothing below is reduced on a lower tier.

  • Unlimited simultaneous devices

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux can all sign in to the same account at the same time. You are not charged per device, and you never need a second purchase for another device.

  • 110+ countries / 150+ routes

Coverage follows the route list, which includes IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes. Switching regions takes one tap in the client and costs nothing extra.

  • Streaming and AI tool access

Streaming regions such as Netflix and Disney+, plus AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, all work on the same subscription — no need to switch routes for different uses.

  • Bank-grade encryption

Traffic between the client and the exit is encrypted end to end. Accounts sign in with a username and password, and no email address is required to register.

  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT

After placing an order, choose a payment method in the user panel and scan the code. There are no extra fees, and the plan activates automatically once payment arrives.

  • 60-day refund

Submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number — no reason required. Refunds go back through the original payment channel.

Payment methods

Three ways to pay, done with a scan

Ordering and payment both happen inside the user panel, with no redirect to an outside page.

Alipay

A payment QR code is generated in the panel; scan it with Alipay to finish. The plan activates automatically once payment arrives, with no need to notify support manually.

WeChat

Scan in the panel the same way; the order status refreshes automatically once WeChat payment completes. If it does not refresh for a long time, you can check manually on the order page.

USDT

The panel shows the receiving address and the amount due; complete the transfer as prompted. Once the on-chain confirmation lands, the order automatically moves to paid.

From order to first connection, three steps

  1. Choose a tier in the user panel and submit the order. The order status is “Pending payment” and nothing is charged yet.
  2. On the order page, choose Alipay, WeChat or USDT and scan to pay. None of the three carries extra fees.
  3. Once payment arrives the plan activates automatically, and the overview page shows remaining data and the expiry date. Then get the client from the download page, import your subscription and you are ready to go.

If an order stays on “Pending payment” for a long time, click “Check” on the order page to sync the status manually; if it still does not change, submit a ticket with your order number. The client entry points on this page and in the user panel both require a login before a subscription can be retrieved — this site provides no static direct download links for installers.

Refund promise

60-day refund, no reason required

Within 60 days of your first payment, submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number to request a refund — no reason required. Refunds go back through the original payment channel: Alipay and WeChat are usually processed quickly, and USDT is returned to the on-chain address used for the transfer. How fast the money arrives depends on the payment channel.

Once a refund request is submitted, the remaining data and subscription on the account are suspended. If the account has both a monthly plan and a data pack, each order is handled separately, and orders without a refund request are unaffected. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.

Plan FAQ

For more on accounts, connections and routes, see the Help Center.

How do I choose between the three monthly plans?

Go by usage alone. For occasional research and email, choose ¥9.9/month for 60GB; for everyday use with a phone and computer online at the same time, choose ¥18/month for 250GB; for heavy use across several devices and frequent 4K streaming, choose ¥28/month for 500GB.

Route coverage, device limits and the refund promise are identical across the three; only the monthly data allowance differs. If you are unsure, estimate from your actual usage over the past month, or start on a lower tier for one cycle and upgrade later — the upgrade difference is prorated by remaining days, so nothing is wasted.

Does monthly data reset on the calendar month?

It resets on the activation date, not on the calendar month. If you activate on the 12th, the allowance resets on the 12th of each following month, so your renewal date and reset date are the same day.

Unused data does not carry over to the next month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by remaining days, the upgrade takes effect immediately, and the reset date for that month stays the same.

What is the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?

A monthly plan is billed by time, with data resetting monthly on the activation date and unused data expiring at the end of the cycle; a data pack is not billed by time, is used until it runs out, and never expires.

The two can coexist, and the overview page in the user panel shows the allowances separately. Usage is deducted from the monthly allowance first and the pack second, so monthly data is not wasted. If your usage swings widely, or you only need heavy access for a stretch of time, a data pack fits better.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. After placing an order, choose one in the user panel and scan to pay; there are no extra fees, and the plan activates automatically once payment arrives.

After submission the order status is “Pending payment” and nothing is charged immediately; if the status does not refresh for a long time, click “Check” on the order page to sync it manually.

How do I request a refund?

A 60-day refund, no reason required. Submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number — no explanation needed — and the refund goes back through the original payment channel.

Once a refund request is submitted, the remaining data and subscription on the account are suspended. If the account has both a monthly plan and a data pack, each order is handled separately, and orders without a refund request are unaffected.

Is there a limit on simultaneous devices?

No limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux can all sign in to the same account at the same time; you are not charged per device, and no routes are off-limits.

All three monthly plans and all three data packs are identical on this point — there is no rule that a lower tier can only sign in on one device.
